The first of a six book series, sees the main characters being introduced. From a humble background the family is pushed into the forefront of earth's protection. The family members are selected and sent on an adventure in search of a mysterious object, ably guided by ancient gurus. They face, doubt, squabble, danger from aliens along the way, while bonding together. The story traverses from the rule of King Vikramaditya, Pharaoh Pepi the Second to modern day India to a very mysterious cave in the Chin Hills. Book 1, The Knight's Chronicles, The Awakening, lays the foundation for the series, which only grows in stature, adventure and new characters are introduced.
